Dental implants
A small titanium post placed in the jawbone where a tooth is missing. It fuses with the bone over a few months, and a crown is fitted on top. It replaces the tooth without cutting down the healthy teeth on either side, and it helps preserve the bone that shrinks once a tooth is lost.
